About Highlands
The Highlands Ability Battery is the gold-standard among tests assessing human abilities. Developed from the pioneering clinical studies of Johnson O’Connor, it is a three-hour objective inquiry into the abilities you were born with and their various patterns. The Battery is available online.
The Battery consists of nineteen different worksamples. Each worksample is timed to measure the speed with which
you are able to do a particular series of tasks. Your score on each worksample establishes whether a particular task is more or less easy for you. Displayed together on a personal profile and bar chart, your scores reveal patterns or “clusters” of abilities which require interpretation by a Highlands Affiliate.
Once you understand these patterns or “clusters” you will be able to direct your life and work into more productive and satisfying channels.
