sarah-088My work with organisations is very focused. Put it this way, I know what I am good at and I stick to it when it comes to business. I am great at motivating groups of predominantly young employees, to improve their customer service skills and in turn, their productivity. Perhaps it was that my first job was at Disney World, or that I managed my first group of people at 22. I don’t know but whatever it is, I love it!

The brilliance of my work emerges when I partner with enthusiastic, community-minded change makers who believe our young people deserve more and want to strive to achieve that using innovative, fresh approaches

I come alive when am I supporting like-minded businesses to implement strategies to:

1. Improve customer service and employee performance
2. Implement performance management systems
3. Narrow the divide between young and old staff
4. Implement conflict resolution policies
5. Create web strategies to attract high-calibre, young employees

I am passionate about the valid contribution that young people can make to the work force. What great employees they can make when them are managed successfully! I am driven by the freedom of implementing systems that empower and engage young people to do and be better.

My experience is in working with service-based industries and I have spent most of life serving in one way or another. I am particularly skilled in working with the hotel, catering and leisure industries, but I am open to working with others if we gel and I believe in your philosophy.
