Parent/Teen Consulting and Coaching

Sarah and her team work with teens, families and parents face to face on the phone or virtually.

All consulting starts with a consultation session, followed up with a detailed report and plan of action.

Initial Consultations sessions can be arranged:

By Phone – A 90 minute session £150
Virtually – e-mail £75
Face to Face – A two hour session at the office £250
A whole day with Sarah at the office £550

Face to Face Meetings

Sarah works from an lodge set in the beautiful Overstone Park Golf and Leisure Resort in Northampton and you can combine your visit with golfing and a spa trip if you like. Overnight accommodation can also be arranged. (Sarah works out of the lodge one Monday and Tuesday per month and one weekend per month)

A few things to know before contacting us.

1. My coaches and I are well trained and know our stuff, but we cannot perform miracles. The nature of what we do is not suited to extreme situations and neither is it a quick fix. Changing any form of behaviour and situation takes time, that is why we recommend the minimum of 3 months for any programme.

2. We are good at our jobs but we are not experts in all areas. Since we take a very holistic approach to our work we will at times recommend other experts who we believe are vital to your situation.

3. Our approach goes against the grain and is not based on the traditional method of reward and punishment, therefore it is not suitable for all. Take a look at our manifesto and our restorative parenting approach to see if we are a good fit for you. We believe that control-style behaviours are not suitable or appropriate.

4. I personally have over 3000 client hours and 10 years experience of working with youth and I use all that experience when I work with my clients. I have had my own TV show, been watched by 1 in 4 on the UK population and have written a fantastic book. I am a trusted expert when it comes to the media and I am considered a leader in the world of parent and teen coaching. Not many coaches can say that and I am proud and humbled by all I have achieved. I don’t say this to show off, merely to let you know that I am not a fly-by-night cavalier.

5. We value our services and time and such are priced accordingly. We know and appreciate that this is a stretch for most and a challenge for some. For this reason we offer three levels to all our programmes so we can reach out to all. However, if we are still priced outside your bracket, then we suggest you look at our products or seek advice from the many great charities out there, set up just for this purpose.

6. We love what we do and treat our clients like family. We are invested in you, your family and your results, so much so that if we don’t achieve the results you want then we are likely to keep on going until we do. Providing you are doing all we have told you, we will be there with you to the end. This obviously changes on a client to client basis.
