From his experience as a youth worker and speaker there are not many people with as wide of a perspective on today’s youth as Byron. Byron has always had a passion for working with young people. In middle school Byron worked with elementary students. In high school he coached and officiated youth sports. In college, he worked full time with youth in the inner city while earning his degree in developmental psychology. He has worked with youth and families from diverse backgrounds and in a wide range of situations including in drop-in centers and with youth who were referred to him due to risk factors and behavioral issues.

She consults with clients on strategies for engaging Millennials, as well as conducts market research and creates brand strategies on behalf of Brand Amplitude’s clients. These include JC Penney, Blockbuster, Westlake Ace Hardware, Whirlpool, the YMCA and University of Notre Dame. Carol is also a boomer mom of two teenagers.
