All consulting starts with a consultation session, followed up with a detailed report and plan of action.

Initial Consultations sessions can be arranged:

By Phone – A 90 minute session £200
Virtually – e-mail £100
Face to Face – A two hour session at the office £300
A whole day with Sarah at the office £600

After consultation an individualized package is developed

Face to Face Meetings

Sarah works from an lodge set in the beautiful Overstone Park Golf and Leisure Resort in Northampton and you can combine your visit with golfing and a spa trip if you like. Overnight accommodation can also be arranged. (Sarah works out of the lodge one Monday and Tuesday per month and one weekend per month)
