Get your family on the right track.
A intensive intervention designed to ease conflict and frustration.
Conflict within any family is inevitable, but for some it is far more prolonged and frustrating than others. Starting with small arguments about putting a school bag away it can escalate quickly to a disjointed relationship communication meltdown and fragmented families. When the relationships have broken down the problems become more challenging to fix.
The parents begin to feel angry, frustrated and out of control.
The teen begins to feel misunderstood and isolated.
Everyone begins to feel like a failure and things spiral downhill.
Some parents, in a effort to gain control, start issuing punishments or bribes/rewards to get their child to “behave” and while it may work once, the teen will soon catch on and not play ball. The parents will punish harder and the teen will grow further and further away from them .
Hi, I’m Sarah Newton, an expert in family conflict and proud of it. As a practical, down-to-earth girl I want results for you and what I have found, over 10 years of working with families, is that my police background is a real advantage. I can very quickly get to the real point, evaluate the evidence and come up with a solution. I can do that while remaining calm and unfazed. Just what you need when you are feeling as if everything is too much.
If you are sick of all the fighting, arguing and worry, then we may just have a solution for you.
Get yourself and the situation back under control and take a look at our family peacemaking programmes.
Get some peach of mind and harmony back into your home.
The biggest test for parents is not how they parent, but how the respond to disorder and unpredictability.

Are you a coach with a burning desire to help parents and teenagers?
Do you believe you have a message that the world needs to hear?
Do you want to save time and money by learning what does and does not work in this field?
Great! Well, I just may be able to help you.
Hi, I’m Sarah Newton and I have been working in this field now for about 15 years, 10 of them while running my own business. I have appeared on over 13 TV channels including BBC 1, BB2, BBC3, ITV1, ITV2 and Channel 5 and have hosted two TV series in my career. My radio experience is extensive and I have been heard on over 60 different radio stations, giving my expert opinion. My magazine and newspaper coverage is extensive, with me appearing regularly in all broadsheets and magazines. I have had full-page features on my work in the Independent, the Times, the Sunday Express, the Mirror and the Telegraph.
But enough about me; most importantly I have made tons of mistakes, wasted tons of money and want to make sure other coaches do not do the same.
I want to support you on your journey to making an impact in the lives of youth.
To do this I want to take a simple, easy to understand format and add some wow, structure and results.
What does it include?
My mentoring groups are small (no more than eight) groups who meet three Mondays a month to support each other.
At the beginning of your group’s six-month commitment you set some scary goals and we support you to move towards them one step at a time.
- In the first call we focus on client/revenue goal
- On the second call we focus on short-term goals
- And on the third, we focus on your long-term goals.
Each call lasts between 1-2 hours, depending on how much we have to cover and everyone gets a chance to speak.
At the end of each 3-month period we will check in on your progress.
You also get to participate in my Open Coaching Day, where once a month you can book a private 30-minute phonecall with me and as a member of my Mentoring Programme you have the opportunity to write for my highly placed blog or appear on my radio show.
I don’t want to make this a sales page, just look below and you will see some real testimonials from people who have been on my courses, some for over 2 years. I am sure that if you need more confirmation, any of them would be happy to speak with you; just ask me.
When does it start and what does it cost?
So, one last thing, the start date is Jan 11th and the cost is £150 per month, however if you sign up before the end of December you can get all six months for £750, or £125 a month.
I have two time slots
Monday 9.15 am UK time ( 4 slots available)
Monday 7pm UK time (3 slots available)

What Others Say
Deciding to ask Sarah Newton for help is one of the best business decisions I’ve made. With laser-like insight she guided me to find my viable niche, concentrating on what the market wants, not just on what I want to deliver.
Being able to tap directly into Sarah’s first-hand experience has saved me countless hours of wasted effort, plus lots of wasted money. She is someone who knows what she does inside out, so is an invaluable resource for anyone who wants to make a difference.
Sarah challenged me to aim higher, she believed in me, kept me accountable and encouraged me when the going was tough. We laughed lots too. If you are ready to launch your passion and vision to a wider audience, then Sarah Newton is your perfect co-pilot.

I have worked with Sarah for almost a year now and have never met anyone like her before. I came to her with a fledgling business idea and am saving an unbelievable amount of time and money as she expertly helps me mould the idea into a solid, profitable business.
She is very honest and candid about what will and won’t work and takes the time to explain why. If you want someone to say “yes, that’s wonderful” all of the time, then don’t work with Sarah. BUT, if you want to benefit from her amazing success, knowledge and experience, then Sarah is as good as it gets. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make the leap from average to outstanding!

I always look forward to working with Sarah! I truly appreciate her witty, “no nonsense” coaching style. Sarah is not afraid to tell me the way it really is and for that I will be forever grateful. She has a true gift for cutting through the clutter and for supporting me to get crystal clear on what is really going on.
With Sarah’s support, I have accomplished things that weren’t even on my radar 6-8 months ago.
Thank you Sarah!

Sarah Newton takes you to where you want to be but were afraid to go. She has helped me cut through my excuses and given me clarity in what I want to achieve in my family coaching business. I never dreamed that I could develop my own parenting style based on 25 years of living in Hong Kong. But I am. It’s a work in progress and she helps me move in the direction of my big scary goal.
It is not always easy but Sarah instinctively knows when and how to keep me accountable, drawing out the very best in me. Most importantly, she achieves this in a fun, sometimes wacky, way which is excellent for me as I am often my own worst critic and can get way too serious. Sarah keeps it light, focused and effective.

I have worked with Sarah one to one and as part of her international masterminding group, I have made 2 new coach friends out of that. Sarah is my accelerator, my brake and my cheerleader in my business. We have celebrated my wins as a coach and my challenges … I find Sarah fun to work with and she has stretched me more than I could ever have done or thought possible on my own. Thank you.

Opportunities to work with Sarah

As my business moves forward and I get more involved in new projects, it has become evident to me that I can no longer do some of the great work I have been doing over the last 14 years with parents and teens. Therefore, I have decided to train a maximum of four other coaches in all of my methods. These coaches will be able to use all of my work outside of my business and will also be there for me to refer clients to.
I will train you in my restorative justice parenting techniques, my Self Sense system and my School Success system, as well as training you how to run and manage a successful business. In fact, I will just download my vast brain from me to you!
This training will last 12 months and will cost £500 per month or a £5000 up-front investment. You will get tons of stuff, but essentially,
One full face-to-face day with me per month (or phone if you are outside the UK)
Weekly check-ups
Monthly group call
A twice-monthly mastermind group
You will also get special videos and tutorials that will be exclusive to you, my special group!
Acceptance will be application only and we are due to start at the end of Septemeber. If you are interested, then please e-mail me with a little about yourself and let’s start a conversation.

Parents of Teens and Tweens – Words that work!
How many times have you walked away from a conversation saying to yourself, “I can’t believe I just said that?”
Do you speak negatively about your spouse or ex-spouse in front of your kids and in front of others?
Do you allow resentment and anger to cloud your children’s perception of their parent?

Will you allow your children to fail?
Parents so often step in when they shouldn’t, scared that their child will fail and things that need to get done will not get done. So to this end, let me tell you what happened in our house .
Bronte (12) decided that she did not want me to nag her (remind her) about what she needed to do over the weekend. She decided and declared that she was old enough now to manage this herself. Now, of course I could see what might happen and could see that she would probably fail at this, however I know that the learning from this is far too great for me to miss this opportunity. So I left her to her own devices. Needless to say, it did not go so well and it ended up at her at 9 pm not having her homework, not finding her uniform , not having a shower and not cleaning our her animals. After trying to convince me I needed to write her a note as to why she had not done her homework, trying to negotiate with Dad about cleaning our her animals, she began to realise that she has indeed failed in her quest, so much so that she got up before 6am this morning to finish the things she did not do yesterday.
